PRESSURE TESTS

We perform informative pressure tests at both workplaces (in Brno and in Jablonec n. Nisou). We mainly test products such as: pipes, vessels, fittings, valves and various atypical products.

Hydraulic tests up to max. pressure of 1600 bar - in Brno
Hydraulic tests up to max. pressure of 1000 bar (mobile pressure equipment) - in Jablonec nad Nisou

For testing we use water as a medium.

What is tested:

• Structural strength
• Failure pressure - destruction
• Tightness

The output is a test report, which serves as a basis for certification.

Certification according to guidelines:

• For Pressure Equipment (PED)
• Transportable pressure equipment (tanks, cylinders, etc.) (TPED)
• Construction products (pipes, fittings) (CPR)
• Machinery and Assemblies (MD)
