Nuclear facilities

In the field of nuclear power we offer our customers the following services:

• Activities of the accredited Inspection Body of the Type A for new and operated nuclear power-plant equipment, technological units, products and processes, to the extent specified in Annex to Accreditation Certificate issued by Czech Accreditation Institute.

• Training and educational activities particularly in the area of manufacture of nuclear equipment for the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic, and for export.

• Consultancy services in technical areas.

We are the Authorized Body 202 in conformity assessment of selected equipment specially designed to be used in nuclear facilities, pursuant to SUJB Decree 358/2016 Coll., based on Decision on Authorization No. 2/2017, issued by UNMZ on 12. 5. 2017. These activities include in particular :

• Activities of authorized body in conformity assessment of selected nuclear power plants persuant to SUJB no. 358/2016 Coll.

• Activities of the authorized body in verification of conformity of parts of selected equipment after repair or maintenance for nuclear power persuant to SUJB no. 358/2016 Coll.

• Assessment of conformity in the production of basic and additional materials affecting the technical safety of pressure equipment with the technical requirements for the material.

• Supervision of inspections of technological processes for permanent joins and inspection welds and issue of a protocol on qualification of welding procedure.
