SZÚ has recently concluded a new Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Korean company KOCEN Co., Ltd., KOCEN,
founded in 1998, which is a leading global provider of services in the field of quality supervision, concrete testing, comprehensive structural engineering and documentation control of nuclear power plants.
This agreement on mutual cooperation in the field of inspection activities in the nuclear energy sector will contribute to ensuring global technological competitiveness and promoting mutual interests in this professional field.
The key success of signing our agreement with the Korean KOCEN is common procedures and coordination within the framework of international standards and inspection of nuclear power plants.
The agreement, signed in two versions, enabled on the one hand KOCEN to visit our company's headquarters in Brno, and on the other hand, opened the doors for SZÚ to participate in the prestigious Korean-Czech conference of representatives of the nuclear energy sector in Prague.
The agreement on mutual cooperation between the two entities was signed by Mr. Tomáš Hruška (CEO) and Mr. Petr Matoušek (CTO) on behalf of SZÚ, and Mr. Young-Ha Lim (Chairman) on behalf of KOCEN.
Our Korean partner SZU Korea, led by Mr. Jae Young Oh, its General Manager, also played an important role, helping to mediate all negotiations and preparations.
