Creating a generation-friendly environment

We are launching the Age Management project at the Engineering Testing Institute    

What unites us in our work is our expertise, our responsibility... and the fact that we have different experiences, different energies and different needs. And this is what the Age Management project, which we have gladly joined thanks to the support of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs within the framework of the Call 35 project of the Operational Programme Employment Plus (OPZ+), has in mind.

Why are we doing this?

At the Engineering Testing Institute (SZÚ), you will find both experienced matadors and new faces side by side. And we believe that this diversity is our greatest asset. Experience, a willingness to learn new things and the courage to change things for the better - these are the values we want to continue to build on.

What does the project involve?

We started the project in 2024 and the main part will run from 2025 to 2026.The changes will affect all employees - in the form of training, better working conditions and tailored benefits.
