AGE MANAGEMENT IN SZÚ

We have launched an innovative project to support our employees, which we expect to have great positive benefits for our teams, business partners, customers and the families of our employees.    

Support for employees focuses on adapting the working environment and improving working conditions at different stages of their lives.

It includes:

• Health care and physical fitness promotion,
• Educational activities,
• Promoting intergenerational cooperation,
• ensuring well-being at work and work-life balance,
• motivation adapted to different age groups,
• ergonomics and adaptation of work organisation.

The project develops staffing strategies with regard to the specific needs of each generation in the workplace.

Project start date: 1 January 2024

Project completion date no later than: 31.12.2026

Age management helps to promote change in the company, encouraging active and healthy ageing in the work environment and a suitably adapted working environment with regard to health risks.
