Testing and certification of fasteners

Testing of connecting parts is carried out in Jablonec nad Nisou.

What we can test for you:

• Screws, nails, staples, pins, bolts + nuts intended for use in wood according to harmonized standard EN 14592
• Bolts, nuts, sheet metal screws, threaded rods, washers, rivets, studs intended for use in metal building structures according to Government Regulation 163
• Bolting assemblies for unstressed and prestressed structures according to EN 15048-1 and EN 14399-1

What and what we're testing on:

• For testing we use various instruments such as tearing machines, torsion machines, hardness gauges, yield torque machines, etc.
• We test tensile and torsional strength, yield moment, hardness HV, HB, HRC and other values required by standards

What is the output:

• Documents required for placing products on the market in the Czech Republic and/or EU.

Why contact us:

• Use our documents if you are launching products on the Czech or European market. You will use them to issue a Declaration of Conformity (NV 163 as amended) or Declaration of Performance (harmonised standards). In the case of harmonised standards, you mark your products with the CE mark.
