New memorandum on cooperation between SZU and Korean state test station (KGS)

The Korean delegation from KGS Korea visited the SZU.

On the occasion of the renewal of cooperation between SZU and KGS  (Koran Gas Safety Corporation), a new Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed with ceremony between these two institutions on 16th September 2019 on the premises of SZU in Brno. The Korean party was led by the new KGS director, Mr. Hyung Keun Kim, who was accompanied by his colleagues from different departments of this important state test station It should be mentioned that our Korean partner SZU Korea participated in organising this meeting and was also present at the signing ceremony. Our team was led by the director Mr. Tomáš Hruška, who personally signed the Memorandum on behalf of the Test Engineering Institute. During the talks, the Korean party showed great interest in the exchange of technical information and experience and indicated a growing importance of some new fields in Korea, including the development of fuel cells for the production of electrical and thermal energy.
