Prague as a meeting point was chosen because of an easier transport for all the participants involved. The main items of the Meeting´s Agenda were both the testing methods of heat pumps (hereinafter referred to as „HP“) for EHPA QL quality label and the so called Certification Scheme for HP. The Technical Working Group (TWG) has been working hard to incorporate the new requirements - seasonal energy efficiency into existing methodology in order to facilitate its follow-up compatibility with the forthcoming new legislation framework of Ecodesign and Energy Labelling concerning the HP. By the certification scheme is meant the compact process control based, first of all, on the EHPA QL Test Methodology and, secondly, on the regular monitoring of production quality controls, of the service ensurance control, spare parts, etc. The Certification scheme in a way makes up for the absence of harmonized requirements for this type of construction products. |
