CONFORMITY ASSESSMENT FOR ALLIANCE LAUNDRY SYSTEMS

We present a case study carried out for a contract carried out for Alliance Laundry Systems, a leader in laundry technology. The certification was carried out for the Czech branch, the production plant of Alliance Laundry CE s.r.o. based in Příbor.

A major customer in the laundry industry

Alliance Laundry Systems is a major international company, a leading manufacturer of industrial irons, barrier industrial washing machines and front loading industrial washing machines.

Three-year project with comprehensive testing and certification

We started the cooperation in 2021 and successfully completed the series of testing and certification in 2023, assessing compliance with international EN/ ISO/ IEC standards in the areas of machinery, electrical safety and electromagnetic compatibility. We have carried out very comprehensive mechanical and electrical safety, electromagnetic compatibility and certification tests in the field of gaseous fuel appliances and pressure equipment (EU)2016/426.

Under the leadership of Ing. Antonín Heitl, four departments at SZÚ and three project teams on the Alliance side.

Extension of SZU accreditation

Our customer's assignment was so non-standard that it was essential to perfectly grasp all of Alliance's needs and requirements throughout the project. During the testing of industrial products, we therefore proceeded to extend our accreditation.Working together on a complex contract for Alliance Laundry CE s, we verified that our testing facilities can verify the quality of products from many areas of the testing industry at the same time and equally for all the required markets and countries. Our customers can rely on the safety of our certified products worldwide.
