Degrees of protection against external mechanical impacts (IK code)

We will test your products and certify them according to the appropriate standards based on your specific requirements, and you will be able to prove your outputs issued by a reliable European testing laboratory.

The IK code is an important parameter for switchboards and transformers, but it is also used for other electrical devices. We are able to offer you protection tests provided by enclosures according to ČSN EN 62262+A1:2022 up to IK10 degree.

Types of tests:

• by spring-loaded impact hammers (up to IK06 inclusive)
• by mallet (to IK08)
• by vertical impact hammers (from IK 07 to IK10)
